OUR BACKGROUND
SINCE 1971
Dr. Paulo Haipek, lawyer and administrator specialized in business law, whose training was based at the prestigious Mackenzie University, where he graduated in Law in 1971 and in Administration in 1978. Specialist in Tax Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo.
Dr. Paulo worked for more than 20 years in companies belonging to the Ultra Group and the Itap/Brampac Group, having founded Haipek Advogados with the aim of offering corporate legal advice that was both innovative and ethical, a mission that he pursued with zeal until the end of his journey in 2023. His departure leaves a void in all of us, but also a rich legacy that we continue to honor. His vision of justice and dedication to meticulous service continue to guide our actions and inspire new generations of lawyers at our firm.

It is with great satisfaction that we announce the new phase of our office, now renamed Haipek Franco Advogados. This change establishes a significant moment of evolution and reflects our adaptation to the contemporary demands of law and the needs of our clients.

Dr. Ana Paula Haipek, daughter of our esteemed founder, Dr. Paulo Haipek, and Dr. Luiz Felipe Franco, jointly assume leadership of the office. Together, they represent a fusion of heritage and innovation, joining forces to expand the excellence and reach of our legal services.
